At present, the Advisory Council consists of four persons with many years of experience in industry, management and M&A:

It is the task of the Advisory Council to represent the interests of partners and investors, to make investment decisions at the suggestion of the executive directors, to support and advise the executive directors on an eye to eye level and to supervise compliance with the purpose of the company.
