The minimum investment amount for a company in a new industry is EUR 45–500 million. For add-on investments in existing portfolio companies, smaller companies and those outside the “old-economy” may also be considered. In the future, the selection of new portfolio companies will place greater emphasis on specific industries—such as the office furniture industry and the bedding sector.
Succession planning
